MODxHost interference

MODxHost, and perhaps other templates, interfere with MoxieCart's __autoload() function, as well as some other functions. This causes things like "What to do here?" to show up, or parse errors.

seems to have worked itself out through other changes.

actually fixed now. the person responsible for the previous fix has been fixed.
